ELIMINATE THE 2ND AMENDMENT

Once again we hear platitude about the violence in the US. There will be more shooting; you know it, I know it, everybody knows it! As long as people can get guns, rifles, AR-15 etc there will be violence.
The US is the only country on earth where just anyone can buy guns/firearms.
And it is not a coincidence that the US is also the most violent country when it comes to people killing other people.
We had shooting in the past and we will have more and it seems they become more deadly.
This is sick. There is no reason why anyone should have handguns or automatic rifles/assault weapons. You want to protect your home? Get a rifle! It is a defensive weapon. Because it is big and very visible, very few crimes are committed with a rifle; it is either a handgun easily concealed in your pocket or an assault weapon that can be folded and put in a bag until ready to use.
I’m not a leftist but I’m absolutely in favor of a Total Ban On Handgun. Beside this is not a left-right issue. As for assault rifles and such they must be banned. These are weapons for the army, not citizens, there is no justification to have these weapons. What? You expect 100 people to attack your home?
I’m not for gun control only, I’m for banning guns. Confiscate them! Destroy them! Kill the NRA leaders and members! They are the one who keep America like a savage jungle! And to all the rednecks of the NRA who will find some kind of stupid excuses: Go to hell ! Drop dead!
America is not a civilized country if we allow just anyone to have firearms.

I see people wondering what to do, like in an article the guy said:
“What can we do? What should we do? The answers are not easy.”
Really? You don’t know what to do? Is the United States the only country on earth? Can’t we look at how other countries are doing? In most countries buying a gun is very difficult. This is the case in Europe and no serious person will say that France is a totalitarian country. In Belgium you cannot buy a handgun unless you have a very good reason. Then you receive a permit. Rifles on the other hand are very easy to buy. You don’t have to show any ID (the only restriction is you must be over 18). If you pay cash you don’t show anything, buying a rifle is as easy as buying a loaf of bread.
But then again rifles are almost never used to commit a crime.
It is the same in the rest of Europe and Asia and anywhere else. The US is the only country on earth where any person, any schmock, any crazy person, any person with a temper can get a gun or two or five or ten.
In California you cannot buy more than one gun per month but that means you can buy twelve in one year, and another twelve the next year. And so on. After five short years one person can have 60 guns.
You don’t know what to do? Do what France is doing!
They have an average of 6 murder per year. Great Britain 7, and Canada also 7. The US? 22,000! (in the 1980's). It is now 13,000 thanks to restrictions but still very high (96/day, one dead every 15 minutes).
Or do what Australia did 22 years ago.
ANYONE CAN BE KILLED ANYTIME ANYWHERE BY JUST ANYBODY
Anyone can be killed anytime anywhere by just anybody.
Here people get killed when withdrawing money from an ATM, or being in school or at work or in a shopping mall or a park or a restaurant. Here anyone can be killed anytime anywhere by just anybody. And that’s normal?
Celebrities gets killed (Rebecca Schaefer, John Lennon, Versace, etc) President Reagan was shot and almost killed. I am not aware of any President or PM killed in Europe. Innocent people get killed; you can be killed in a road rage because you drive to slowly or didn’t move at the millisecond the light turned green.
So many people got killed on the freeway and in the streets that they had to come up with a new name: Road rage!
The second amendment is a stupid amendment. And it is about a militia (=an army) to protect the state. “A well regulated militia…” Are you in a militia? Are you protecting the state ? No? Then you have NO RIGHT to have a gun! This is for a militia, meaning an army without uniforms and silly rules (like saluting, answering “Yes Sir! No Sir”, not looking at the person you are talking, but looking in the far distance, an army without all these titles: sergeant, colonel lieutenant-colonel etc).
A militia is to fight. This is what the French Resistance did, this is “Just do the job”, that is a militia. If you are not part of it, then the 2nd amendment does NOT apply to you. And even if the 2nd amendment is what the NRA say it is, so what?
The Founding father as great at they were, were not God. Just humans and we do not have to follow what they said.
We don’t even listen to God (we do kill, we do steal, we do lie, we do bear false witness against thy neighbor, we break every of the 10 commandments). If we don’t listen to God why should we listen to Thomas Jefferson? Was he not just a human being? Could he not be wrong? Besides, the 2nd amendment speaks about “arms” the words gun, handgun rifle or even firearms does not appear anywhere. Also at that time they had a pistol which cannot kill if you are far enough, that require 3 minutes to put powder in the barrel, etc. They did not anticipate machine gun that fires 200 rounds in 3 seconds.
The 2nd amendment should be eliminated.

I hear people saying: “The 2nd Amendment makes it impossible to ban guns”.
So ban the 2nd Amendment!
We should not live according to what some guy with a wig said 242 years ago!

Since I wrote this, I have learned that Thomas Jefferson, the principal author of the Constitution was in favor of changing the Constitution with time, because every generation is different. Another article will address this in details.
Banning or removing something, works. If you have cancer they REMOVE the cancer. The only way for Israel to have peace is to REMOVE, expel, transfer the Arabs. Same for France, Belgium and all of Europe. We must do what we must do. We must take radical steps. Drastic times require drastic measures.

We should follow the example of Australia. They banned all guns 22 years ago and there’s no violence there. And no, Australia is not a totalitarian country.
I am not ashamed to say that I want to CONFISCATE all guns. We need to go door-to-door and confiscate all the guns and if you resist you will be a criminal because that will be the new law. Many gun nuts say “You can take it from my cold hands” OK, we will!
Resist and then we grab it from your cold/or still warm hands. No problems!
I’m so sick and tired of these gun nuts who want you to believe that anti-gun people are communists, socialists, nazis or whatever.
We have conservatives and Republicans who are against guns (Rudy Giuliani, John Mc Cain, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc).
And many Democrats are pro-gun. Look at the South they are all pro-guns. There are millions and millions of Democrats in the South who are pro-guns. It is like saying that Democrats are not racist but the Southern Democrats are racist and George Wallace was a Democrat and so were all the people who voted for him.
Likewise, people who are pro guns and anti-guns are not necessarily Republicans and Democrats respectively. This issue is about common sense. When people kill they don’t care about your political preferences. They don’t ask you unless it is a political killing but most murder in the US is for money or some crazy, angry or jealous person.
I am against guns for selfish reason: I don't want to be killed by some crazy or angry person. And I don’t want to see innocent people getting killed.
MAKE AMERICA SANE AGAIN
We are an abnormal country. We need to become a normal country. This is not the Wild West anymore; there is no need to have a gun. All the other countries in the world do not allow people to have guns and they are doing fine. Nobody can seriously claim that France, England or any other country in Europe is a totalitarian country or a dictatorship. They are just normal people.
The entire country of the United states is held hostages by the gun industry. They want to sell guns and don’t care how it affects our country. They are anti-America! They don’t care that the US is the most violent country on earth, they don’t care that someone is killed every 15 minutes.
That 96 people are murdered every day. Four people every hour.
BLIND FOLLOWERS
I never watch CNN, only Fox, but when a tragedy involving guns happens, I can’t watch Fox because they are always attacking people who wants gun control and insulting them, saying they are nuts or naive or socialists, communists, nazis, etc.
I don’t know if Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson and all the others are really pro-gun or they pretend to be because the Republican party is supposed to be pro-gun and so they just follow blindly.
And they always try to shift the attention away from guns. “It is a mental issue; we must do something about these mentally ill people who somehow gets guns.” No, it is not a mental problems, I’m sure that Europe has crazy people, depressed people, people on drugs too and yet these things do not happen there. Why? Because there are no guns. How can you kill someone with a gun if there is no gun?
The reason it happens in the US is because anyone can get a gun.
The NRA says if that if we ban guns people will get them anyway in the black market. But that is false. The reason why you have guns on the black market is because there is a white market (AKA a legitimate market). This is the source of guns on the black market; guns do not grow on trees! All the guns you find on the black market are guns who were destined legitimately for the regular, legal market but they were stolen, lost, etc.
If there’s no white market (legal market) there is no black market. Again, guns do not grow on trees; it is not as if someone can plant a tree, water it regularly and then pick guns like you do with fruits.
And the proof is that they are no guns in Europe. If what the NRA said is true France and Belgium etc, should have plenty of guns on the black market, which is not the case.
I heard someone saying why we concentrate on guns when you can kill with other stuff as well? Someone appearing on Fox said “If I want to kill children, I have three ideas on how to do it without guns” Yes, everything can be used to kill.
A pillow can be used to kill (put it on someone’s face and they can’t breathe. Same for a plastic bag), or a hammer, a screwdriver, a kitchen knife, a rope, a belt, etc.
But the difference is that a pillow was not invented to kill; the main purpose of a pillow is to give your head a soft comfortable place to rest! The fact that you can kill someone with a pillow is just a by-product so too speak. Same for a hammer, a screwdriver, a baseball bat, etc.
But the main purpose of a gun is to kill. There is no other use to it: a gun that doesn’t kill is useless.
This is why we try to ban guns because they kill, it is their raison d’être, their purpose.
And they kill better than a pillow! With a pillow you can only kill one person at the time, it takes a few minutes and you must be close to the victim. Not so with a gun you can kill many people in a few seconds, you don’t have to approach them, you can do it from a safe distance. The guy in Vegas was far away of the concert.
We cannot ban pillow, forks and knives, hammer, baseball bat but we can ban guns. We can live without guns, most countries do.
The NRA came up with idiotic slogan “Guns don’t kill people, people kill people” Trying to say that the guns is not the problem, only the people who misuse it.
They say that the gun in itself is not evil, it’s just the evil people who use gun to kill that are at fault. What rubbish! First of all guns ARE evil. The person who invented the gun should rot in hell. That little piece of metal killed millions of people, easily just by moving your finger a few centimeters (half an inch)
That’s right, your finger can take someone’s life!
If guns are innocent and it is only the bad people who misuse the neutral gun that are to blame, then you can say the same thing about a nuclear bomb: it is not bad in itself; it’s just who will drop that nuclear bomb that is evil. If we, the US, are doing it, it’s fine; it shorten the war don’t you know?. If Iran or North Korea do it, it’s evil.
They want you to believe that “Only evil people will kill with a gun, (criminals and also the insane), but the vast majority of gun owners are law-abiding citizens” (that phrase law-abiding citizens is something you will hear ad nauseam each time a gun nut open his mouth).
Well, it is precisely that person who is not a criminal or sick, that worries me!
I’m not worry about the criminal. He wants my money and so I do not take money from an ATM machine at night in a dark street with nobody around. I can take steps to avoid being killed by a criminal. As for the crazy/insane person: We do not know when a person becomes crazy. He may be normal in 2016 and crazy in 2017. We do not know about his mental illness until he kill someone.
And how about people who are normal but have a temper? These road rage killer who shoot and kill because you drive to slow or you cut them off or whatever? How about the jealous husband who come to the workplace of his wife and kill her and a few innocent people who were there?
Or a disgruntled worker They were many postal workers who killed their colleagues, which is why someone came up with the expression “going postal” (to replace going berserk)
It is precisely the non-criminals, the sane people that worries me. (Who we really know only after their crime.) Of course, the mentally ill are a problem but only in the US. And invariably when reporters interview the neighbors, it is always “He was so polite, so nice. I can’t believe it. I’m in shock!”
The guy who shot 58 people in Vegas never did anything suspicious.
By the way, all these people who were present at the Country music concert: It is fair to say that if you love Country music you are on the right, you are pro-gun and so you have to think it is now you, NRA members, that died, not some kids in school which you don’t care, not black-on-black violence or gangs shooting. No, it’s NRA carrying card holder, pro gun people.
In America it is dangerous to go to a concert, to go to a restaurant, a shopping mall, a school, college or universities, a ballroom in a hotel, a park or any place you can imagine. It is dangerous everywhere because any person can conceal a handgun or even an AK-47 until ready to use. You can’t do that with a rifle which why it is easy to buy a rifle in Europe (no ID whatsoever).

The problem is the gun, automatic rifle, assault weapon, etc.
Ban them and there won’t be any crimes with a gun because you cannot kill with a non-existent gun.
We don’t want North Korea to have nuclear bombs so we try everything to prevent them to get one. Same for Iran; we try to block them to have these weapons and we should block Americans to get guns.
The problem is the gun, so the solution is to take away the gun.
I am a gun-grabber, ready to come knock down your door and take away by force your numerous guns. Resist and you die! I am a proud confiscator!

We mock the fanatic Muslims of ISIS for trying to go back to the 12th century, but the gun maniacs who quote the 2nd amendment are talking about something that happened in the 18th century. Things have changed. As great as Jefferson and Madison were, they were just human beings and couldn’t foresee what exist in the 21 century. In their days a pistol could only fire one bullet and the recipient/victim should not be too far if one wanted to kill him. It took one or two minutes to reload (putting powder, pushing it into the bottom of the barrel etc). Today you can fire 200 bullets in 3 seconds.

We had toddler killed in a kindergarten. A KINDERGARTEN! And you find that normal? And that is not sick?
I though people would be horrified and many were but nothing happen. No new legislation, no crackdown nothing. And then there was another tragedy and another and another and it seems that is now apart of life in America. We live in a war zine even though we are not at war.
We complain about 9/11 but we Americans are inflicting on each other a 9/11 every three months
(If by 9/11 you mean 3000 deaths.) Every 3 months we have 3000 deaths, people killed, murdered.
Ninety-six a day. Since that attack in Florida that killed 17 people we had, (at time of this writing Friday, February 16, 7,45, pm) 120 people killed all over the US. And Sunday we will have another 120 dead people.
MORE PEOPLE DIE IN THE US THAN IN AFGHANISTAN
Afghanistan is a country still at war, the Taliban is still active and perpetrated attacks. From time to tome they send a suicide bomber that will kill 12 people or 20 people. In the US that is called Monday morning between 8 am and 12 noon. The period between two suicide attacks is a few months.
At the end of the year there might be 80 people dead or perhaps 100. Amateurs! In the US, in one year we have 13,000 deaths!
And there is no war inside the US. We have peace and yet thousands and thousands of people are killed every year. 96 a day. At least Afghanistan has the excuse that there is a war going on. What is our excuse? How come that we have more deaths than Afghanistan?
How come we are not better than Afghanistan?
The well-being of the many is more important than the well-being of the few.
The 2nd amendment should be eliminated!
So we can go from door-to-door and confiscate the guns.
First step: eliminate/repeal the 2nd amendment.
Step two: confiscate the firearms so we can be a civilized country.
